Leadership
Aims of the Course:
Some people claim that leaders are born. This course will show how the skills of leadership can be learned and developed. It will demonstrate three complimentary leadership models which can help delegates to assess and improve their own management style.

- Defining the Role of the Leader
- Balancing needs of Team, Individuals & the Task

- Personal Action Plans for improvement
Target Audience:
Anyone that has to achieve their own goals and objectives through the support, co-operation and efforts of others. This is a skill area for every Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager.
