Influencing Skills
Aims of the Course:
This course will help managers and supervisors to learn and develop an increase in their own personal ability to gain influence within the workplace. It will cover networking and influencing strategies. When used in conjunction with other modules, the course forms part of an integrated programme of managerial and supervisory development.
The course will cover:
- Organisational change & influencing behaviour
- Positive influencing skills
- Communication Skills
- Groups & face to face meetings
- Game plans & techniques
- How do others see us?
- Personal Action Plans for improvement
Target Audience:
Anyone that has to achieve their own goals and objectives through the support, co-operation and efforts of others as well as themselves. Those that have to motivate and be motivated and those that need support in order to achieve progress. This is a knowledge area for every Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager.
