First Aid at Work
Aims of the Course:
To provide delegates with the basic skills, knowledge and understanding required to pass the examination at the end of the programme. The course relies upon external assessors to ensure the desired standards are achieved. Only those passing the examination are awarded a certificate.

- C.P.R. & recovery position
- Airway & Breathing disorders
- Bleeding
- Shock
- Fractures
- Eye Injuries
- Effects of heat
- Effects of the cold
- Bandages, dressings & slings
- Practical Exercises
- Examination

Duration: Full Course = 4 days, Refresher Course = 2 days
