A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, John is an experienced Personnel and Training professional with a successful track record in multi-site service, consultancy and manufacturing industries.

Over the past 14 years he has been a key player in expansion, down sizing, green field and merger environments. As head of department he has employed a practical, hands on approach and line managed personnel officers, payroll officers, safety officers, occupational nurses plus a variety of outsourced services.

This web site brings together all that experience and the philosophy of keeping things simple so that clients get results they understand, that are appropriate for their business and at a price significantly below the charges of the big 5 or 6 consultancy practices. And all this without the nuisance of those annoying, pushy sales calls.
